Learn and improve your volleyball skills in the only Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) of the United States Fall Season in southern California ! Practices each week that offer flexibility to work around your school schedule and tournaments for AAU awards that guarantee you'll become a better volleyball player !

The Girls Power League is designed for high school girls interested in improving their performance this summer who are not on a high school team, or those preparing for the high school Fall season and for girls having played high school ball still wanting to play after graduating.
  • Open to girls entering high school or recently graduated
  • Intermediate-to-advanced skill levels (Fresh/Frosh and above)
  • Weekly practices throughout the summer & tournaments
  • Low cost - no travel required !
  • Pre/Post Athlete Performance Assesment and conditioning included
  • Return to your high school team better, faster, stronger !
  • All practices and tournaments at our Jurupa Valley location
