The staff at SportsWorld are all provided a free online email account called ClubMail while they are with the club.
This is done in order that parents, players and other members can easily contact our coaches and staff
(e.g. coach@SportsWorldVolleyball.com)
By using SportsWorld ClubMail, the staff member agrees to the following:
- Ackowledgement that the use of ClubMail is a reflection on the staff member and the club
- The use of ClubMail is primarily for club-related exchanges with other club members
- No use of ClubMail will put the staff member or the club in a bad light
- Further, ClubMail will never be used for any type of illegal purpose
- ClubMail will never be used for any purposes related to SPAM
- The user will never misrepresent themselves through the use of ClubMail
- For the convenience of our staff, ClubMail can be setup to redirect to another account (gmail, hotmail, etc.)
- ClubMail can not be used for online data storage
- ClubMail accounts will offer unlimited capacity - given normal usage patterns
- A staff members' ClubMail account will be closed and deleted when that staff member leaves SportsWorld
